The Associated Students Children's Center is a high-quality early childhood program that provides a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of young children. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), which administers a national, voluntary, professionally sponsored accreditation system for all types of preschools and child care centers.

There's never a shortage of exciting sports action at CSUN. Athletics offers a full lineup of intercollegiate sports that provide high-level competition for student athletes and exciting, low-cost spectator opportunities for the entire community. Our university supports 18 sports teams in the highly competitive Division I level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. CSUN's mascot, Matty the Matador, and our award-winning cheer squad keep the excitement level high at the Matadome and other sports venues.
