39th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference Has Concluded

IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

The final countdown to the 2024 CSUN Assistive Technology Conference has begun! We are only 12 short days from gathering together at the premier forum on technology for all persons with disabilities.

For those who have not yet registered, this is your last chance! The Attendee Registration deadline is looming, and there is no on-site registration. Finalize your registration before Tuesday, March 12, at 3:00 PM PDT. Don't miss out on the enriching experience that is CSUN.

Our community is a joyful one! Work hard and take part in the many fun and dynamic networking opportunities and special events planned for Conference attendees.

Join us for a Kick-Off Happy Hour on the Platinum Patio on Monday, March 18 at 5:30 PM to say hello to old and new friends and colleagues from around the globe. This will be a great way to connect and mingle ahead of a busy and exciting Conference week to come! The official Welcome Reception will take place on Tuesday, March 19, at 7:00 PM in the Platinum Foyer. Keep the fun rolling into Wednesday, March 20, at 7:00 PM in the Platinum 6 Ballroom with an energetic game of Trivia. Last but certainly not least, keep your schedule wide open for the hugely popular Karaoke Night on Thursday, March 21, at 7:00 PM in the Platinum 6 Ballroom.

During the lunch hour, visit the daily Birds of a Feather networking events for an excellent opportunity to meet and connect with other members of the community. Bring your lunch and attend the meetings that interest you Tuesday through Friday, from noon to 1:00 PM daily in Platinum 9-10!

There is so much in store at the sprawling Exhibit Hall with over 120 exhibiting companies. Use the Exhibitor Directory to gameplan your visit and take advantage of the valuable interaction with companies and agencies showcasing the latest technologies and services designed to promote inclusion for all.

If you are just attending the Exhibit Hall, sign up for the Free Expo Visitor Pass and be among the first to explore the latest innovations when doors open to everyone on Wednesday, March 20, at 9:30 AM.

DRAFT OF JOURNAL VOLUME 12 NOW AVAILABLE

The draft of the prestigious 12th Volume of the Journal on Technology & Persons with Disabilities (PDF) is now available. The journal is a complete compilation of proceedings from the CSUN Conference Journal Track. The Journal Track highlights scientific research and innovative developments and is published post-conference.

Mark the Journal sessions on your calendar and learn about leading research and development from global scholars. All Journal sessions are scheduled in the Platinum 1 Ballroom. Visit the Session Schedule for session summaries and more information.

ATACP 2024 SUMMER SESSION ENROLLMENT

The Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program (ATACP) will be enrolling for the 2024 Summer Session, March 18 through April 5, 2024, at 3:00 PM PDT. The Summer Session will run from May 6 through August 23, 2024. This certificate program provides a practical approach to the applications of assistive technology to meet the needs of individuals with various disabilities in many settings.
