Apply for the California Association of REALTORS® Scholarship

Each Spring the California Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to students enrolled at a California College or University for professions which are centered on, or support a career in real estate.  The C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation application is available now! The deadline to submit this application is Wednesday, April 1, 2020.​

Scholarships are up to $4,000 for students enrolled in four-year colleges/universities and $2,000 for students enrolled in two-year colleges. The Trustees of the Foundation strive to award scholarships to all qualified applicants each year.  Below are the requirements for scholarship eligibility:​

•  Students must have completed at least 12 units prior to submitting application, at least two courses must have been Real Estate or Real Estate related studies.​

•  Students must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 units per semester or term.  At least one course must be Real Estate or Real Estate related.​

•  Students must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 from all colleges/universities attended.​

•  Students must be legal residents of California for at least one year prior to the date of application and have a valid California Driver's license or California State Identification Card.​
