Employees for Success

Whether planned or unforeseen, sometimes employees need to ask for time away from work. In this training session we will discuss the types of leave programs available, and most importantly, your role in the coordination process.

Attendees will gain an understanding of:

  1. when the leave process is triggered;
  2. questions that are and are not appropriate to ask employees to respect privacy;
  3. how the interactive accommodation process may come into play when employees return from leave.
