When is the last day I can self-drop my classes for Fall 2020?

Students will be able to withdraw from their courses through their CSUN portal up until the 4thweek of classes (September 18, 2020 at 11:59pm)

What are my options of fulfilling the Experiential requirement?

 Marketing majors are allowed to use MKT498C (Virtual internship) or BUS491CS (Small Business Consultant) to fulfill their experiential requirement.

I have a Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 graduation date and was planning to take MKT 498C Internship Class in the fall to meet my experiential requirement. What is the status with internships?

Due to the coronavirus, we will not recognize physical internships during Fall 2020 due to the possibility that they will put you at risk. We have not made a decision regarding Spring 2021 as of yet. During Fall 2020, you can meet the experiential requirement with either a virtual internship and MKT 498C, or you can enroll in BUS 491CS and participate in a small business consulting project. I am a Marketing major transferring from a community college. How can I meet with an academic advisor?

I am a Marketing major and have taken BUS 302 & BUS 302L. How can I meet with an academic advisor?

Email busadmn@csun.edu and request an appointment with an upper division mentor. 

I would like to change my major to Marketing. What do I need to do?

I was enrolled in a Marketing class this summer, but was dropped within two hours due to non-payment? Is it possible to get enrolled again?

Email mgtmkt@csun.edu and provide your name, ID number, and the specific section you were dropped from. Summer courses are on a first-come first-serve basis and do not have waitlists. Depending on class capacity, you may or may not be able to get re-enrolled. 

I have a summer 2020 graduation date and was planning to take MKT 498C Internship class this summer. I do not see any MGT 498C sections on the class schedule. Who do I contact?
