"A Taste of Good Health" is a FREE 4-week lifestyle series that educates parent on healthful eating, cooking, and physical activity. Join us for an online learning experience focused on nutrition & healthy living, how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals, and tips on how to add physical activity to your day. Receive cooking tips and healthy recipes with LIVE FOOD DEMONSTRATION. Raffle prizes available for attending all classes.
