COE Self-Care Activities Week Twelve

Hi Staff and faculty,

We are in the last week of self-care for this academic year, but there are so many resources available over the summer to support your continued engagement in self-care depending on what works for you!

MEDITATION

You can attend the final session this year of MEDITATION with Josh Einhorn  on Tuesday April 26th,  in the CTL conference room from 2-2:30.

The Klotz Student Health Center (SHC) has a number of low cost health services, such as nutrition counseling, Acupuncture and Asian Medicine, Chiropractic Care, and rejuvenating massages. SUSTAINABILITY

We have discovered this year that one of the best places to learn about California native plants, garden design, wildlife habitat, and sustainability is at the Theodore Payne Native Plant Garden. There are always classes and resources at the center. For more information, go to http://www.nativeplantgardentour.org/
