This session focuses on the shortcomings of PowerPoint as an authoring software to produce accessible PDFs. We will cover the known barriers and some bugs most people are unaware of, and we will review the accessibility tools available in PowerPoint that help create more accessible content. The session will start in PowerPoint and then cover what you must fix in the PDF to make your content more accessible. We will also talk about how to design around the accessibility barriers so there is less work in the PDF at the end.
