Navy Federal created and launched a comprehensive enterprise digital accessibility training and awareness program, resulting in the creation of an Accessibility Community of Practice and an Accessibility Academy. The Academy provided role-based training to over 850 employees last year. Learning paths included roles like designers, developers, product owners and content creators. Learn how we built this program from the ground up, the lessons we learned along the way and how you can create your very own training program in your organization.
