Parents and educators want to provide their students with the best math learning tools available. But how do they decide which tool is best? There are hundreds of edtech websites and choosing the best one is not an easy task, especially when selecting a tool that is fully compatible with assistive technologies (AT).
Our presentation will cover criteria that a parent or educator can look for when selecting a math learning tool that is accessible for students who use AT and maximizes learning through effective personalization and engagement features. We will then demonstrate how the AI-Learners website meets all of these criteria.
Parents, educators, and AT professionals will leave with AI-Learners as a new free tool to use with their students, and all participants will learn how to evaluate and develop a website that meets the needs of students who use assistive technology.
