Accessible Transactional Documents Made Easy for the Masses

Description
How do you make transactional documents accessible easily to the consumer? Informational documents, letters, statements, invoices that contain personal and confidential information are delivered either via the email or digitally to consumers daily. Typically, these documents contain time critical payment, and personal information. Document types include banking, wealth, telecom statements and billing, health documents, communications from local, state and federal governments and information from health providers. An example could include credit card statements that are regulated and have a payment date that, if past, include monetary penalties. These communications are time critical. With millions to billions of these documents posted or sent, many consumers request these documents be accessible. Documents are systematically generated and typically were printed and mailed or made into digital formats. The print ready file that is generated for traditional print and mail contains all the information required to convert a document to an accessible PDF, HTML, braille, large print, eText or Audio. Print ready files like PDF, PostScript, AFP, Xerox, HP contain information that include fonts, text positioning and the critical style sheet. Using business rules and templates that have logic that programmatically applies tagging information allows for conversion to an accessible PDF and then to an alternate format can be used effectively to make billions of on-line and printed d
