About this course
Introduction to Human Geography is a great class. What's it about? Everything! The goals for this class are threefold. First, you should learn a great deal about various cultural practices (religions, political structures, languages), around the world, but even more about these things as they function in the United States. Second, you will learn to think spatially and to use some of the tools of the geographer. Third, it is hoped that you will grow to appreciate and respect the diversity of culture here and abroad.
