Course Description

The laboratory course covers the textbook Chapter 3 MathScript, Chapter 5 SubVIs, Chapter 6 Structures, Chapter 7 Arrays and Clusters, Chapter 8 Charts and Graphs. It also covers the manual of Getting Started with LabVIEW Chapter 1~3, and more. Alsoincludes several projects to allow you to further develop your skills to a high level!


Couse Objectives

To gain basic knowledge and skill of writing LabVIEW codes;

At the end, the students will be able to develop handling skills and be able to write LabVIEW codes independently, as well as apply the LabVIEW skills on any compicated project.

GRADING CRITERI

The grade distribution will be as follows.
A 88% and higher
B 72-87%
C 55-71%
D 41-54%
F 40% and below

We use the +/- system so in each range (no A+), the low end will be minus and the high end plus.


ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

If more than two classes are missed, an automatic F will be given.  The exception will be ONLY in the event of an emergency.  Proper paperwork will be required.  Do NOT be late to class.
