Nursing Students Join the Front Lines to Fight COVID-19

As hospitals shifted their focus and resources to face a surge of COVID-19 patients, CSUN nursing students helped fortify the community’s response. They are working inside several local hospitals, assisting with drive-up public testing, and helping local businesses screen employees before shifts.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Survey of CSUN Students Finds Strong Commitment to Returning in Fall

More than 90% plan to continue their path to earning degrees and return in the fall, according to a survey of currently enrolled students. With deep economic impacts from COVID-19, new degrees and certificates will help students stand out when the economy recovers.

Spot CSUN on the Small Screen, Including in ‘This Is Us’ and ‘The Office’

CSUN’s proximity to Hollywood and its picturesque campus make it an ideal set for feature films, TV shows, music videos and commercials. Thanks to streaming services, sheltered Matadors can “return” to CSUN from the comfort of their own living rooms — and hang out with stars such as Steve Carell, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
