After Transformational $11M Gift from Alumnus, CSUN Names Administration Building Valera Hall

CSUN President Dianne F. Harrison announced the naming of Valera Hall — formerly known as University Hall — in honor of alumnus Milt and Debbie Valera, who have committed more than $11 million for programs across campus, particularly those that support students who have been part of the foster care system. The transformational impact of the Valeras’ gift will be recognized in numerous ways across campus.

CSUN’s First Couple Establishes Pre-Med Scholarship Endowment

CSUN’s first couple — CSUN President Dianne F. Harrison and her husband, John L. Wujack —  has made a gift to the university that will impact generations of Matadors and honor Wujack’s late father, Dr. Henry Joseph Wujack. The gift creates the Wujack Harrison Pre-Med Scholarship Endowment, which will support senior students whose intention is to pursue further education in the field of medicine with a specialty in family practice.
