Wayne Healy's presentation will focus on the relationship between public art, culture, and sustainability.

Presented by: Wayne Healy is a Los Angeles-based mural artist, former CSUN Art Department lecturer, CSUN alumnus, and co-founder of East Los Streetscapers (ELS), the most enduring public art team to come from East LA. Healy's work is heavily inspired by Chicanx culture and includes aspects of both art and engineering. In 1983, he curated the first exhibit of Chicanx art in Europe and has since then opened similar exhibits in art centers around the world.
