Throughout their lives, men are encouraged to play by the "rules of masculinity." These rules about what is acceptable or expected of men often involve making choices that can compromise a healthy work/life balance. This series of workshops/discussions will help participants become more empowered to find creative and practical ways to bring more balance into their lives. (Also meets 10/16 and 11/20/2014 and again in the Spring).
