Gamification can be a potent incentive for improving accessibility in an organization.
We will explore several approaches to gamification, presented in the context of case studies from large organizations around the world. Approaches will include comparisons with peers and competitors, targets and milestones, awards and achievements.
We’ll take lessons from the video game industry to show how gamification can tap into the base nature of our human selves and be used to enact positive change effectively at an organizational scale.
