The Marilyn Magaram Center (MMC) is very excited to share that we are the recipient of this year's Educational Research Grant! This grant is awarded by SCIFTs - Southern California IFT (Southern California Institute of Food Technologists). The grant we received will go toward the purchase of a Fluorescence Microplate Reader, Centrifuge, and Accessories for use in Antioxidant Research.
