In the second session of this two-part session, join Dr. Jimmy Gandhi to provide him with an overview of the problem(s) you’ve identified in your operation.  What is the purpose, the process, and who or how are your staff involved?  Dr. Gandhi will intake problems and dependent upon the scope of the project, may assign and guide students in his upper-level courses to analyze and develop suggestions to address concerns in your scenario.

Toward the end of the semester, Dr. Gandhi and his students will present back their findings to you.
