UCSB Volleyball Comes Back to Beat Cal State Northridge

No. 11 UC Santa Barbara capped off a busy week with a 3-1 win over No. 8 Cal State Northridge on Saturday night at Rob Gym, avenging a four-set defeat from a night before and ending a four-match losing streak, all against top-10 opponents, in the process. #10 CSUN WIN FIFTH STRAIGHT IN FOUR SET WIN OVER #11 UCSB

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. – #10 Cal State Northridge overcame a slow start to earn their fifth straight victory in a four-set win over #11 UC Santa Barbara (16-25, 25-21, 25-16, 25-23). It was CSUN’s first match in two weeks; their last was a home sweep over then-#3 Hawai’i on March 16. The win, combined with a UCI loss at LBSU Friday night, also put CSUN in a tie for second in the Big West with the Anteaters. -- Volley Mob
