DEPARTMENT OF GEOGRAPHY EXIT SURVEY

If you are graduating Fall 2007: Please answer the following questions.

Provide as much detail as possible.

You may print a copy of the survey out if you would like and fill out your answers by hand. You may also download the survey and send a completed copy via email back to us.

If you want to turn in a hard copy, just drop it off att the department office (SH 150). You may email attached surveys to margaret.martin@csun.edu

Your opinion of the program is important to us. We really try hard to make your time here with us at Cal State Northridge as good as possible.

Consider completion of this form as part of your graduation process.
