Essays

No late work of any kind accepted! Only typed, stapled, double spaced work accepted. All assignments to be completed before class starts in MLA format for credit IN CLASS only on day due. All essays MUST BE SUBMITTED to Turnitin.com via Canvas in a timely fashion or will receive No Credit. That is where they will be commented upon and graded.

  • Journal format: The journal entry is due in Canvas prior to class on the date of the assigned reading.One journal entry per week or a total of 10 journal entries for the semester is required.  You may choose from ONE of the two short story readings assigned each week. HOWEVER, you may not write journal entry on story you are presenting!
