Nouha H. Hallak obtained her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Currently, she is in the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at CSUN and has had the privilege of working with Dr. Scott Plunkett in the Adolescent and Adult Adjustment lab. Her research deals with perceived parenting behaviors of lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) emerging adults and depression and anxiety. In her pursuit of working in academia and in the mental health sector, Nouha hopes to obtain her PhD in counseling or related fields. She is most passionate about acculturation, minority wellness as well as under served populations.
