On Thursday, September 6th, we will once again greet a new academic year as we gather to enjoy the Annual President’s Picnic. Each fall, faculty and staff volunteer to serve as hosts to over 8,000 students who stop by to enjoy music, food and spirited activities.

This year’s celebration will occur on the Bayramian Hall Lawn (off of Cleary Walk). In consideration of our students’ schedules, activities will be held at two times, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM For those interested in volunteering, more information will be coming to you directly from the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Click here to view Vice President's invitation or to sign up to volunteer for this event.
