kosher-halal logos mergedDr. Regenstein is a Professor of Food Science at Cornell University. His research has focused on flesh foods, particularly fish and poultry. He has spoken throughout the world on the subjects of kosher and halal foods. He leads the Cornell Kosher and Halal Food Initiative, which provides extension/outreach services to the kosher and halal food sector.
