We are collaborating with the Student Legal Support Clinic on campus to bring you a workshop titled, “Up in Smoke: California Cannabis Laws & Your Rights.” The purpose of the event is to provide clarity about the recent legalization of recreational marijuana in California and the legal effects it has on California residents. We will be discussing the law's guidelines, penalties, federal implications, among other things.
