The Blind Can Film Festival features the stories of people who are blind and the tools we utilize to get to work and play, our featured presentation is the Blind Canvas Project, combining amazing works of art created from the minds of storytellers who are blind as part of a feature film by blind Filmmaker Ben Fox.
