In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, CSUN VITA and our partners are taking necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Below you will find the restrictions implemented by all in-person services offered this 2024 Tax Season. Please read through each site's restrictions and schedule an appointment with the site that best fits your needs. Under no circumstance will restrictions be adjusted. Make sure you come prepared for your appointment. CSUN VITA, as well as its partners, retain the right to refuse service if restrictions are not followed. Please follow all CDC guidelines for proper social distancing including the use of face masks regardless of vaccination status. Vaccinated individuals will be required to show proof of vaccination status. Non-vaccinated individuals will be required to show negative test results within the last 72 hours. Additionally, other safety policies may be enforced based on the site's guidelines. Additionally, we also ask that only the people filing the returns show up to the appointment to minimize the number of people at our sites.

Vaccinated individuals will be required to show proof of vaccination status. Non-vaccinated individuals will be required to show negative test results within the last 72 hours. Additionally, other safety policies may be enforced based on the site's guidelines. Taxpayers will be required to wait in a designated waiting area away from our tax preparers.
