Chris Soderlund has been involved in Executive Recruiting for over 20 years. Currently, he is with LHH Professional Recruitment Solutions in Woodland Hills, California as the Performance/Market Director. Chris oversees the recruitment activities of over 30 Executive Recruiters covering the entire state of California; with 10 branch locations generating over $8MM in executive search fees yearly.  Chis holds a CSUN Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, ’93 and a CSUN Master’s Degree in Business Administration, ’99.

After several years in higher education, Tammy joined an Executive Search Firm launching her career in Talent Acquisition, where she has spent the last 20 years. Tammy has built and led Talent Acquisition teams across industries, with the last 10 years focused on global organizational build outs across functional areas. She has become a proven leader in diversity recruiting, executive search, hyper-growth in hyper-competitive markets, and transformational leadership. Tammy is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Amazon Advertising’s IMDb, Amazon Shopping Video, Devices, Marketing & Insights, and special projects teams. Tammy is a proud alumnus of UC Santa Cruz and CSU Northridge, serving as a founding member and past President of the CSUN MBA Alumni Association and past President of the CSUN Alumni Association.

Wade Smart has nearly 20 years’ experience working in recruitment across multiple businesses and in various industries; including entertainment, tech startups, Consumer Products (CPG), financial services institutions, biotech & pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in both executive recruitment and staffing for their teams. Wade has extensive experience working in entertainment at studios like 21st Century Fox, Disney and NBCUniversal as well as entertainment platforms like FANDOM where he led the Global Talent Acquisition team in filling roles in EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Australia, and North America. He is passionate about diversity in the recruitment process and mentorship of future leaders. Wade attended Cal State University, Northridge where he studied Marketing and was an All-American on the track & field team.
