Join us as we run, walk and roll through our campus 5K! Bring your family and four-legged friends - whether you're a competitor or not, this event is for you!
Race Details
Start Time:
The Matador Fun Run 5K will start at 9:00 a.m. The start and finish lines will be in front of the Delmar T. Oviatt Library.
Race Fees:
Adult 5K Run/Walk: $30
Youth 5K Run/Walk (under 12): $20
*Your race registration fee is a 100% tax-deductible donation, and proceeds benefit CSUN student programs.
Included in your race registration:
- All finishers receive a finisher t-shirt
- Complimentary campus parking pass for all activities on October 13, 2018
- Complimentary 'Shower Pass' at the Student Recreation Center (must select option in registration form). Shower pass includes access to the SRC showers and towel service post-race, on October 13, 2018 only.
- Stick around post-event and join us for the CSUN's 60th Grand Reunion celebration!
Packet Pick Up:
All registered participants will receive a bib, t-shirt, and goodie bag. Race Packets will be available starting at 7:30 a.m. on October 13, 2018, at the CSUN Alumni tent on the Oviatt Lawn.
Course Details:
The Matador Fun Run will provide a great tour of the beautiful CSUN Campus. All participants are required to run, walk and roll on the sidewalks and cart paths as you wind through the campus. This is a Fun Run, and therefore not a timed event. We will have a clock at the start and finish line for reference. Course is stroller, wheelchair, and dog-friendly!

Parking:
All participants should park in Structure B3, Lot B2, or Structure G3 on the CSUN Campus found on this map. Complimentary parking passes for the day will be included with your registration and emailed out in advance of the event.
