VRC Operation VOB

The Veterans Resource Center invites you to shop local and veteran-owned during Operation VOB (Veteran-Owned Businesses). This summer, we’re highlighting different veteran-owned and military-connected businesses each month and giving Matadors a chance to discover some new neighborhood favorites. Whether you’re military-connected or civilian, there’s something for everyone — from restaurants and breweries to barbershops, photographers and tarot readings! Plus, you’ll be entered to win a special $25 voucher when you register to visit a barbershop, a $20 voucher when you register to visit a restaurant or brewery or a special CSUN discount when visiting service-based businesses.

From Friday, July 16 to Saturday, July 24, we’ll feature:

If visiting Bastards Canteen, RSVP below through July 24 to be entered to win a $20 voucher. If visiting Semper Fidelis Photobooth, follow @sfphotobooth on Instagram and post a screenshot to your Instagram Story displaying proof that you are following. Be sure to tag @sfphotobooth and @csun_vrc, then be on the lookout for a message about your special CSUN discount.

Your mission this summer is simple — plan your visit and show your support for local veteran entrepreneurs during Operation VOB, brought to you by the Veterans Resource Center of the University Student Union … Where Matadors Belong.

*The Veterans Resource Center of the University Student Union at CSUN is not responsible for any liabilities from the businesses featured in this program.
