Freshman convocation will take place Sept. 15.

CSUN Freshmen to Unite and Celebrate Convocation

Thousands of CSUN freshmen will walk together to the Oviatt Library Lawn to attend the Freshman Convocation on Sept. 15. This event, which marks the start of the students’ collegiate journey, will include the presentation of the Dianne F. Harrison Award and a speech by internationally renowned journalist Jon Ronson, author of the freshman common reading book, So You’ve Been Publicly Shamed.

DC Internship Information Session 3

Students interested in participating in the Spring 2017 DC Internship Program need to attend this final information session, which will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Sierra Hall 290.

Register to Play Intramural Sports by Sept. 9

CSUN students, faculty and staff are eligible to register as a team or a free agent to play their choice of intramural sports by Sept. 9. Sports this semester include indoor soccer, basketball, flag football, indoor volleyball, floor hockey and ultimate frisbee.
