(NORTHRIDGE, Calif., March 15, 2007) — Leo Froschheiser, co-author of the book "Vital Factors: The Secret to Transforming Your Business and Your Life," will discuss how to develop action plans for your professional and personal needs during a presentation at Cal State Northridge on Tuesday, April 10.
The discussion, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled to take place from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the Northridge Room of the University Club at the southeast corner of the campus at Nordhoff Street and Zelzah Avenue.
Froschheiser’s presentation is part of the College of Business and Economics’ Dean Speaker Series, which brings business and community leaders to discuss issues within the business world.
Froschheiser is CEO and president of MAP (Management Action Plans), a management consulting firm. He has developed and conducted training curriculum for all aspects of business operations. His work includes the implementation of the MAP Management System, leadership training, skills development workshops for staff and executive strategic planning events.
His book is based on the MAP Management System and offers a blueprint for success, practical advice and a step-by-step plan business leaders can use to transform their own companies and organizations. The book features the stories of individuals whose businesses and lives have been transformed by using the MAP system.

Cal State Northridge’s College of Business and Economics is home to several nationally recognized programs where students gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside faculty members and business professionals in a variety of areas. Among its acclaimed programs is the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program in which CSUN students provide free tax preparation assistance to low income families and individuals.
