Belize?

I am often asked why I bought property in Belize. Well, my dad and stepmom retired in Belize because the cost of living is fairly reasonable, it's English speaking, and they could own water-front property. After they found a house, they called and said: "You pay half, and when we die, it is ALL yours." Well, it was a morbid idea, but I paid half.
