Enjoy a Virtual Tour of the Great Smoky Mountains with Recreation and Tourism Management Chair and faculty Mechelle Best and Kinesiology faculty Ivan Guillory in collaboration with RTM faculty Chris Whitesides and CSUN Associated Students/Outdoor Adventures. This live virtual event was recorded on November 18 for all to enjoy thereafter. The speakers shared their experience, expertise and the insights they have gained through their trips through the park and the region, giving special consideration to the lived experience of people of color in outdoor spaces.
