From the 405 and 101 interchange...
Travel north on the 405 to Nordhoff Street. Turn left from the offramp onto Nordhoff Street and travel approximately 3 miles to Lindley Avenue (one stoplight beyond Zelzah Avenue). Turn right, and you will come to the campus Information Booth where you can purchase a parking pass and obtain a campus map. Parking permits may also be purchased from the self-service vending machines located in each parking lot. The Nordhoff/Lindley Info booth is occasionally closed due to nearby construction. Please use the Information Booth along the east (Zelzah) side of Parking Lot G4, the Information Booth at Darby & Prairie (west side of campus) or the self-service vending machines in Lots G3 and G4.
From the 405 and 118 interchange...
Travel west on the 118 to Reseda Blvd. Turn right from the offramp onto Rinaldi Avenue and then turn right again at Reseda Blvd. You will travel over the freeway heading south. At Nordhoff Street turn left and go to Lindley Avenue. Turn left onto Lindley Avenue and you will come to the campus Information Booth where you can purchase a parking pass and obtain a campus map. Parking permits may also be purchased from the self-service vending machines located in each parking lot. The Nordhoff/Lindley Info booth is occasionally closed due to nearby construction. Parking
Parking is $6.00. Parking Lots G3 and G4 are closest to the garden. There is 4 hour free parking on the streets surrounding Lot G3 when space is available.
From the Lindley/Nordhoff Information Booth to Lot G3...
Continue north along Lindley (East University Drive) to the first driveway/parking lot (F2) on the right, and drive to the east end of the parking lot. At the exit, take the first left onto the "Prairie Loop". This one way loop is 4 hour free parking when space is available. Continue along the loop to the north entrance to Lot G3. Lot G4 is located just north of Lot G3.
On Campus: The Botanic Garden is south of the University Student Union, northwest of the Health Center, and due north of the new Science building, Chaparral Hall. Surrounded by a black metal fence, the garden is also just east of Science Buildings 1 & 2, across East University Drive (Lindley Avenue).
