Computer Skills Portfolio

Objective: Students will:

• Produce a journal of their completed work in the Computer Skills aspect of Physical Science

Computer skills can open new opportunities for students in college and the business world. Students in Physical Science need to understand how to use technology to produce professional reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and to research information related to science.
Students who complete the portfolio will have demonstrated a minimum level of high school competency in Word, Excel, and internet communications and research. This Portfolio should be printed and saved in a binder as proof of the student's ability to use computers in the classroom environment.
