COVID-19 Booster Requirement Update | CSUEU

Dear Campus Colleagues:

I am pleased to share with you that the CSU has completed the meet and confer process with CSUEU (Units 2, 5, 7 & 9) requiring employees be vaccinated against COVID-19, including receiving a booster vaccination.

CSUEU represented employees who are accessing campus facilities must provide certification of booster no later than Friday, April 29, 2022, or upon eligibility according to CDC guidelines, whichever is later.

Booster certification or a request for a medical or religious exemption may be submitted in the myNorthridge Portal, under the Policies and Procedures pagelet of the Faculty or Staff tab, by selecting the EE Vaccine Self-Certification link and completing the form accordingly.

Employees who do not provide certification may be denied access to campus/programs and will be subject to consequences for noncompliance with this policy.

Finally, CSUEU employees may refer to the corresponding fully executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
