Map Quiz: Physical Features
The following quiz is provided for you to check your ability to remember the location of the places and features you are responsible for knowing on an in-class map quiz. The format of the in-class quiz will be very similar to this one, but you will not have an atlas or other guide to help you.
You should use study the list of places to know first, and then attempt this quiz. You may of course have an atlas or map by your side to help you if you get stuck, but...it will help you little on the "real" quiz if you rely to heavily upon a map or atlas when you take this practice quiz.
Identify the features corresponding to the numbers, letters and symbols on the map. Click here to open the map in a new browser window. Remember that pressing Control and then Tab moves you between open application windows.
Remember: DON'T press enter until you are ready to submit your answers. The TAB button moves your cursor to the next answer box.
