Retention Subcommittee
As a subcommittee of the Enrollment Management Committee, the Enrollment Management Retention Subcommittee is charged with establishing and overseeing a campus-wide coordinated and integrated approach to student persistence and retention efforts from initial enrollment through graduation that includes:
The Enrollment Management Retention Subcommittee will be comprised of the following position/roles:
Associate Vice President for Student Life (Chair)
Director, Undergraduate Studies (Co-Chair)
Associate Dean (or other appropriate individual) (2)
Director, College Student Service Centers (2)
Director, Student Health Center
Director, Career Center
Director, EOP
Director, Student Development and International Programs
Director, Student Housing
Student representative (involved with retention services)
The following positions will serve on the Subommittee as needed:
Chair, First Year Experience Committee
Chair, Advisement Policy Reconciliation Committee
Executive Director, University Student Union
General Manager, Associated Students Inc.
Director, Institutional Research
Representative from Athletics
