Providing Leadership in Times of Chronic Crisis and Uncertainty
This session will bring together current and future academic leaders to examine ways in which we can be most effective in our roles. We will discuss strategies for effective leadership as we deal with both crises and uncertainty. (In fall 2009, we will hold a subsequent session on crisis management that will include a simulation.)
