2005 NASPA Western Regional Conference Registration
Institutes on November 9-10 and Conference on November 10-12

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refund MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING by the appropriate dates. Letters or email requests must be received by the following dates:

By October 31, 2005: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee

After November 1, 2005: No refunds will be provided

To CANCEL your registration, send written notice to Tamara Y. De Stefanis, Registration Chair, by email to tamarad@email.arizona.edu.

To SUBSTITUTE your registration, send written notice to Tamara Y. De Stefanis, Registration Chair, by email to tamarad@email.arizona.edu.

Important: Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. All refund requests will be processed and issued approximately four to six weeks AFTER the conference dates.


Registration Confirmation/Receipts

A hard-copy registration receipt along with your name badge will be given to each registrant upon arrival to the conference registration table in Tucson, AZ. If you require a receipt immediately, please contact Tamara Y. De Stefanis, Registration Chair, by email to tamarad@email.arizona.edu.or 520-626-5608.


Services for Persons with Disabilities

NASPA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing qualified individuals with disabilities access to conference programs, services and activities. Reasonable prior notice is needed to arrange accommodations.

If you are a person with a disability and wish to arrange for special services, please check the appropriate box on the 2005 Conference Registration Form. If you pre-register by the conference registration deadline, October 31, 2005, an appropriate member of the conference planning committee will contact you and help to arrange for special services.
