Welcome to the Biomedical Devices Laboratory! Research in the CSUN Biomedical Devices Laboratory centers on three key themes: (1) finding solutions to improve the implantability of cardiovascular medical devices used to treat heart failure, (2) using mathematical tools to understand and diagnose complex cardiovascular diseases, and (3) developing sensitive magnetic sensors to non-invasively measure biomagnetic signals.
