How to Create A Watermark on Microsoft Word

This web page background is a watermark. You can use your own picture, object and shade, or you can use picture/object/shade from Word files.

  • Click "File"
  • Select "New"
Step 1 Watermark







  • Click "Insert"
  • Select "Picture"
  • Select any of these files "Clip Art, From File,
    WordArt, Chart, AutoShapes"
Step 2 Watermark
  • Click "left button" on the mouse until you see the square frame mark around the picture
Step 3 Watermark








  • Click "right button" on the mouse
  • Select"Show Picture Toolbar"
Step 5 Watermark
  • Click ""
Step 6 Watermark
  • Select "Edit Wrap Points"
Step 7 Watermark
  • you will see a red dotted line square around the picture
  • Click ""
  • Select "None"
Step 8 Watermark
  • Click ""
  • Select "Watermark"
Step 9 Watermark


Now you click on the picture and move the watermark to any position you desire.
