CSUN Model UN Team Takes First Place For Fourth Consecutive Year

Participating in separate competitions in Washington D.C. and Seattle, CSUN’s Model United Nations team once again took top honors against some of the world’s best teams while representing various countries and discussing topics such as global security, human rights and atomic energy.

The first day of class for the upcoming spring semester is Saturday, Jan. 21 for Friday-Saturday and Saturday-only classes. Weekday classes begin Jan. 23. The last day for a full refund (minus $10) when dropping all classes is Jan. 22.

The week of Jan. 9-17, all eligible faculty, staff, recent graduates, alumni association members and sponsored adults are invited to have a free one-week trial membership to the SRC. All interested participants can simply register at the SRC front desk and get full access to the facility at no cost for an entire week.
