AppJam Highlights Student Creativity

AppJam kicked off a month-long app competition where students submit apps they developed with the goal of helping the community. At the opening event, CSUN alumnus David Reichelt ’13 (Theatre) discussed the development of his wildly popular app, Color Switch.

Valley Leaders Push for Better Transportation Options at CSUN Summit

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and several other elected officials joined CSUN President Dianne F. Harrison and other university and student leaders on March 3 in a discussion aimed at improving public transit access to CSUN and the surrounding community.

CSUN Builds DREAM Center to Serve Undocumented Students

Most students attending CSUN come to campus with big dreams. For undocumented students, it is often difficult to pursue theirs. To help make dreams come true, CSUN has opened a resource space for undocumented students called the DREAM Center at the USU.

Starting on March 14, you can enjoy an exciting range of special events throughout the week at the Oasis. Monday’s free event will feature a performance by a harpist and Craft Creations from noon to 2 p.m. and a workshop on using writing to cope with stress from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
