Professor Leads Fight to Save Italian Coastline

CSUN math professor Maria D’Orsogna recently led a successful fight against proposed off-shore drilling near Abruzzo, Italy, where she spent her youth. She now draws on her story to inspire students to take action in causes meaningful to them. Read more about D’Orsogna’s fight.
