Textbook: Essential Statistics, by David S. Moore.

Gear: You will need a calculator that will find means, standard deviations, correlations, and regression lines. Look for a model that mentions "two variables statistics" or "regression". The recommended model is Texas Instruments' TI-83 or 84.
Homework: Howework problems will be assigned in every class, due the next class. No late homework will be accepted. Ever. Really.
Exams: We will have two in-class midterm exams, on Wednesday, February 24; and Monday, March 29. Make-up exams will not be given under any circumstances.
Final Exam: Monday, May 10 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
