Charge:
The Technical Support Advisory Group
(TSAG) is charged to provide an open forum for the discussion of trends
and developments in campus information technology (IT) as well as recommend
user policies and procedures.
TSAG is comprised of interested Technical
Support professionals and is a free form discussion group for both campus
and ITR issues and concerns.
Scope:

Coordination of information dissemination.

Discussion of campus guidelines for
user consulting and support issues.

Education of the campus community to
promote an understanding newly developed campus technology initiatives.

Establish user support priorities and
corresponding equipment and budget recommendations.
Membership:
Membership in TSAG is open to all interested
parties, but is primarily limited to the Technical Support professionals
in the various Colleges and administrative units. The group meets on a
monthly basis, every second Thursday of the month, from 10:00 to 12:00
pm. Additional communication has been established through the TSAG-L email
forum and through individual correspondence.
Members' Terms of Service:
There is no limit to the term of service; TSAG membership is strictly voluntary,
although some members have been put forward by their supervision.
